With a degree in Modern Languages, 25 years of morning radio behind, and ghostwriter of over 30 books, Tony Horne is one of the most in demand “ghosts” and speakers in the UK.
Words are all he has!
Whilst hosting the Tony Horne in the Morning Radio Show in 2010, the biggest police manhunt for 40 years played out on his patch. One of his victims, Police Constable David Rathband asked Tony to write his book.
The result was the second best-seller for Biteback Publishing. The impact persuaded Terry West, brother of one of the Moors Murders victims, to write If Only, previously unable to discuss the most notorious British crime of the 20th century.
He remains a True Crime specialist, penning for/about gangsters, victims, whistle-blowers, undercover cops, gaslighting and emotional abuse, Witness Protection Officers, illegal aliens, those ‘Detained in Dubai’, ‘Osman warnings’, fraud, child abuse, people who have fallen foul of corruption overseas and money laundering, and those who suffered7/7 the London bombings in 2005…to name but a few.
Yet – he remains versatile. Amongst his credits: a former World Number One in darts and the very first winner of the X Factor in Britain.
